For 25 years the production of piston-diaphragm metering pumps for chemical dosing has been one of the core competences of the Alltech Dosieranlagen GmbH. Now, Alltech presents the latest development of the FKM series: the FKMF piston-diaphragm metering pump.

Where high dosing capacities and accuracy in chemical dosing are indispensable, this is the perfect field of application for the FKMF.

The FKMF meets the highest requirements concerning operational safety. The dosing head is equipped with a double-diaphragm-system, protecting pump and environment. An integrated optical diaphragm rupture signalisation – electronic on demand – indicates the status.

All dosing pumps of this series are equipped with an overpressure valve according to DIN EN 809 integrated in the hydraulic system of the pump. Electronic signalisation is available on demand.

In the early eighties Alltech developed the fully-automatic solution and dosing system CONTINUFLOC. At the IFAT we are proud to present the new generation CONTINUFLOC V7.

The CONTINUFLOC V7 is a highly-efficient two-chamber-pendulum system. During the development of the V7 user-friendly operation as well as economical use of chemicals, energy and water had top priority. This preparation system has frequently proved its value in practice, and the additional features of the V7 make this system even safer.

Especially the touch panel of the CONTINUFLOC V7 meets the requirements of being user-friendly. The operator is guided through the different functions and parameters by the display.
