POLYMAT preparation unit with new dispersion system for improved mixing of solution quality

To achieve an even more intensive dispersion in the first chamber of our POLYMAT preparation systems and also improved results - even with problematic polymers -, we equipped the new POLYMAT series with a dynamic mixing system. A more intensive dispersion and less problems with foam, resulted from this change as well as an improved agitation. The system is maintenance free and energy efficient.

Piston diaphragm metering pumps FKM with pressure relief valve, certified by the Technical Control Board (TÜV)

Dosing pumps FKM are equipped with a pressure relief valve, integrated in the hydraulic system of the pump. This type of construction guarantees for maximum security, even with problematic dosing media.

The production depth, which means short reaction time and high flexibility in manufacturing, is one of the strengths of the Alltech Dosieranlagen GmbH. In our production in Weingarten (Germany), all liquid ends of the piston-diaphragm pumps FKM are produced by using different materials, depending on the dosing media.
