The SOLVIMAT is a semi-automatic, easy to operate, solution preparation unit, designed as two-chamber pendulum system.
The system is suitable for the preparation of lime, aluminium sulfate, urea, ferric salts and many others. One of the main advantages of the SOLVIMAT is, that it can be used for different bulk products - from powdery to boulder/granular - and in variable qualities. The discharge will be switched over automatically to the previously prepared second tank. By this, a continuous solution discharge is possible. Powder loading can be carried out with BIG BAGs or bags. The control panel of the SOLVIMAT is equipped with a touch screen, which makes the operation easy. The thoughtful design makes the seldom needed maintenance simple.
The system is supplied completely with switch cabinet, wiring and piping.

- Capacity: up to max. 3000 l/h prepared solution, considering preparation time of 1.5 hours
- Tank size: 2 x 3000 l
- Powder loading (optional): for dust-free products or with exhaust system for dusty products. Powder loading will be done manually. The discharge will switch automatically from the empty to the full tank. Continuous solution discharge is possible.
- Operating voltage: 400 V, 50 Hz
- Operating water presure: min. 3 bar
- Compresed air: 6 bar
