Fully automatic polyelectrolyte solution system for granular and concentrated liquid polyelectrolyte (for other products on request).
Designed as two-chamber pendulum system. Our systems achieve a reliably high quality in preparing polyelectrolytes while saving resources as much as possible.
Data:
- Capacity (selectable): from max. 1000 l/h to max. 16000 l/h of prepared solution.
- Concentration (adjustable): from 0.05 to 1.5% at a maximum viscosity of 5000 cP

- Service water: technical clean, min.: 3 bar
The system is supplied completely with switch cabinet, wiring and piping. Components and methods of operation as shown in the flow sheet “CONTINUFLOC”.
